Periodic Inspection Report
An electrical survey, known as a Periodic Inspection Report will reveal if the electrical installation is overloaded, find potential hazards, identify defective DIY work and highlight any lack of earthing. The four page report will establish the overall condition of the Electrical Installation and state whether the installation is safe, requires remedial work or is unsafe and requires a full rewire.

Pat testing or Portable Appliance Testing is an important part of any Health and Safety Policy. From landlords and domestic properties to commercial and industrial, the Health and Safety at work act (1974) requires that Pat testing is carried out on an annual basis.
